Every event is different, so we build a custom quote rather than force a flat package, but here is what to expect. Livestreaming usually comes in a few levels: a single operated camera that switches between the speaker and their slides, great for a ceremony, keynote, or church service, starts around $1,500; a dynamic multi-camera setup with live switching between angles, for panels, town halls, and larger events, typically starts around $7,500; and a full production with branded graphics, remote presenters, and multi-day coverage is priced to the event. From there, a handful of real-world factors move the number: how much setup and rehearsal time the venue gives us (day-of only versus the day before), the venue's internet (some hotels and convention centers charge a premium for a dedicated hardwired line), whether the venue requires union labor, the time of year, and how many hours of coverage you need. We don't itemize every cable, we talk with you first, then send one clear number. Tell us your date, venue, and roughly how long you need us there to get started.
