Wedding Bartending With Signature Cocktails and Polished Service

A wedding bar that runs on time and looks the part: welcome drinks, cocktail hour, two signature cocktails that belong to the two of you, mocktails for every guest who is not drinking, and reception service through the last dance.

The bar your guests actually stand at

At most weddings the bar is the busiest place in the room. Guests visit it before dinner, between courses, and every time the music changes, which makes it one of the few vendors every single person interacts with. A wedding bar that is thought through keeps the room moving; one that is not becomes a line your guests remember.

We plan the bar against your timeline rather than in isolation. Welcome drinks are ready before the ceremony ends so nobody waits. Cocktail hour is staffed for the heaviest rush of the night. Service quiets during dinner and toasts, then comes back for the dancing. Last call is agreed with you in advance, and the station is broken down and clean before your coordinator starts asking about it.

A wedding bar, hour by hour

The shape most wedding bars take. Yours gets built against your real timeline during planning.

Welcome drinks One or two easy pours, poured and waiting as guests come off the ceremony. It sets the tone and clears the aisle.
Cocktail hour The heaviest hour of the night. Signature cocktails, classics, beer and wine, and enough hands behind the bar to keep the line short.
Dinner and toasts Service slows on purpose. Glasses get topped for the toast, and the bar stays open without pulling the room away from the table.
Reception and last call Long, cold drinks for the dance floor, a last call agreed with you in advance, then a clean breakdown.

What a wedding bar usually includes

Two signature cocktails One for each of you, named however you like. The most photographed part of the bar and the easiest way to make it feel like yours.
Welcome drink service Poured in advance and passed or staged, so guests arrive to a drink instead of a queue.
A short, well-built classics list The drinks people order by name, made properly, so the bar never feels limited.
Mocktails and zero-proof options For designated drivers, guests who do not drink, and anyone who wants a break. Same glassware, same garnish.
Fresh garnishes and real citrus Cut on site for your menu. It is the detail that shows up in every close-up photo of the bar.
Setup, service, and breakdown We build the bar before guests arrive, run it through the night, and leave the space clean for your venue.

Planning the bar alongside the catering

Bar service and catering are easier when the same team plans both. The cocktails get built to sit next to the food instead of fighting it, cocktail hour is timed against when the kitchen is actually ready, and there is one point of contact for the venue instead of two vendors guessing at each other's timeline.

If we are already catering your wedding, adding bar service is a short conversation. If we are not, we can still run the bar on its own.

Wedding bar questions

Do you provide bartenders for weddings?
Yes. TABC-certified bartenders, staffed to your guest count and your timeline, with setup before guests arrive and breakdown after last call.
Can we have his and hers signature cocktails?
Yes, and most couples do. We usually build one drink around each of you, using spirits you actually like, then name them whatever makes you laugh. They go on the printed bar menu.
Who supplies the alcohol for our wedding?
You do, and most San Antonio venues expect it that way. We help you plan the shopping list against your guest count and menu, then bring the bar, the mixers, the garnishes, and the bartenders.
How much alcohol do we need for our wedding?
It depends on guest count, how long the bar is open, and what your menu leans on. Our free bar and beverage calculator gives you a working estimate, and we tighten it with you once the menu is set.
Can you serve mocktails at the reception?
Always. Every wedding menu we build includes zero-proof cocktails, and we can run an entirely alcohol-free bar if that is what you want.
Do you cater the wedding too?
Yes. Catering is our main business, and bar service is part of the same conversation. You can book both together or just the bar.
