Why we keep a short partner list

Plenty of catering sites publish a directory of every venue in town. That is not what this is. These are the places and people we actually work with, often enough that we know the details that matter on the day: where the kitchen is, how long setup takes, where the power runs, what the room can seat, and what their packages already include so you are not paying twice for the same thing.

If you are planning at a venue that is not on this list, that is completely fine. We cater all over San Antonio and the surrounding towns. This list just means that at these places, we can tell you exactly how your event will run before you book.

Do I have to use a venue on this list?
No. We cater across San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne, Helotes, and the surrounding area. These are simply the partners we work with most, so we can answer questions about their rooms without guessing.
Do you own or operate any of these venues?
No. Each venue is independently owned and books its own dates and packages directly. We are a catering vendor they work with, so you book the room with them and the food with us.
Can you work with my venue's required vendor list?
Often, yes. Many venues keep an approved-caterer list or have rules about kitchen access, alcohol, and load-in. Tell us where you are booked and we will tell you straight away whether we can cater there.
