Moonlight books their own dates and sells all-inclusive event packages, which is what makes them easy to plan with: the room, the tables and chairs, the staff, and the timeline come together instead of as separate vendors you have to chase.
Their Gold and Platinum packages already include catering, Gold as a buffet for up to 200 guests and Platinum as a sit-down dinner. When you book one of those tiers, catering is part of what you are already paying for, and we are one of the kitchens that serves it. Their Silver package covers the room, the setup, the bar server, security, and cleanup, but not the food, so that is the piece we quote separately.
Package contents and pricing are Moonlight's to confirm, and they can change. Ask them what your tier includes, then talk to us about the menu. If catering is already in your package, you are choosing a menu, not adding a line item.
What we know about serving this room
The ballroom seats up to 250 guests, so it handles full-size quinceaneras, weddings, and company parties without splitting your guest list across rooms. We have worked this room enough to plan around it rather than react to it: how long setup actually takes, where service lines should run so they do not cut through the dance floor, and how to time dinner around a DJ and a program.
We build a custom menu for every event, so nothing here is a fixed package on our side. Mexican, Tex-Mex, barbacoa and fajitas, Italian, Mediterranean, seafood, or a mix. Buffet, plated and coursed, or family style. Tell us the vibe and the guest count and we will build the menu to match.

Is catering included in a Moonlight package?
It depends on the tier. Moonlight's Gold package includes buffet catering for up to 200 guests and Platinum includes sit-down catering. Silver does not include food. Confirm your tier with Moonlight directly, then we will build the menu.
How many guests does Moonlight Ballroom seat?
Their packages list seating for up to 250 guests. For an exact number with your table layout, ceremony space, or dance floor, ask Moonlight, since the room setup changes the count.
Do we book the room through you?
No. Moonlight is independently owned and books their own dates. Call them at (210) 549-4180 or visit their site for availability and package pricing. You book the room with them and the catering with us.
Can we taste the food before the event?
Yes, and we recommend it. We run real tastings, a full plated meal rather than samples, so you are choosing your menu from food you have actually eaten. Book a tasting and we will talk through your date and the room.
What kind of food can you serve there?
Anything we cater anywhere: Mexican and Tex-Mex, barbacoa and fajitas, Italian, Mediterranean, seafood, barbecue, or a combination. Every menu is custom, so we build it around your guest count, your budget, and what you actually want to eat.
